International Impact

In Uganda, our purpose is to rescue, rehabilitate and reunify children. We partner with extended families, such as willing grandparents, to provide education and care. This reduces the financial burden and allows the family an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty.

How it works

How We Do It

EMPOWER THE YES

In Uganda, many orphaned and vulnerable children have extended family members who are willing to welcome them home, but they often lack the resources to say yes. We come alongside these families with practical support, encouragement, and stability—empowering their “yes” and helping children grow up where they belong.

CARE + EDUCATE

Through Redeemer House Children’s Home, we provide a safe, loving place for orphaned and vulnerable children who need immediate rescue and care. Our team provides medical care, education, counseling, clean clothing, nutritious meals, and full-time support while creating a plan for family reunification whenever possible.

Through our education sponsorship program, children are able to attend school full-time, giving families the opportunity to work, provide, and create a stable forever home.

LOCAL EMPLOYMENT

For more than 12 years, our work in Uganda has created income opportunities for 1000+ Ugandans through construction, hospitality, education, childcare, and community-based programs.

We believe every part of the mission should strengthen the local community. By creating jobs and investing in Ugandan leaders, we help families build long-term stability and take meaningful steps toward breaking the cycle of poverty.
